At Adeiladwaith HP Construction, our in-house team of specialists have vast experience of delivering expert, client-focused consultancy services across the UK. Founded by Iwan Pritchard an experienced project manager and Iolo Hughes a commercial manager. Our business was born from a shared vision to provide flexible, tailored support to contractors, developers, and stakeholders navigating the complexities of construction projects.
Over the past decade, we have worked together to successfully deliver numerous schemes ranging from £50,000 to £50 million, our team understands the full project lifecycle. From design to construction and post-completion we can support you. We combine technical precision with commercial insight to help our clients achieve their goals.

Bridge Engineering – Including refurbishment, strengthening, and new builds.
Active Travel Schemes – Promoting sustainable transport, we’ve contributed to the development of pedestrian and cycle networks across North Wales.
Coastal Defence Projects – Protecting vulnerable shorelines, our involvement in sea defence schemes has helped safeguard homes, businesses, and ecosystems from erosion and rising sea levels.
Flood Alleviation Works – We’ve played a key role in designing and implementing flood mitigation strategies, including drainage improvements and barrier systems to protect communities from extreme weather events.
Sewage Treatment Facilities –Mainly working on Welsh Water projects we’ve worked on upgrades and new installations of wastewater treatment infrastructure.
